We offer a free shipping option anywhere in Canada and the United States, thanks to our strategic hubs layered across both countries. Additionally, we provide White Glove Delivery for $119, which includes room-of-choice delivery and box removal. For $199, our White Glove Delivery with Full Assembly service ensures your furniture is not only delivered to your room of choice but also fully assembled and ready to use, with all packaging materials removed.
What is your return policy?
At Höft Home, we strive to ensure your experience with our products is nothing less than exceptional. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. For any reason, you can initiate a return of your Höft Home product within this period.
Please note the following return shipping charges:
- $19 per dining chair, counter/bar stool, and nightstand/side table.
- A flat return shipping fee of $98 applies to all other items.
In unfortunate circumstances where items arrive damaged or defective, all return fees are waived. Additionally, return fees are waived for exchanges as well.

The fabric is soft and has held up very well as for the wood frame the oak is quality and overall I feel as if these chairs will hold up and the style is there. The Hoft Home boxes where nice as well but the assembly process was semi problematic, if you are not skiled with using allen keys and stuff like that you may struggle a little bit with the assembly but it is nothing the ordinary person cant figure out. Its easier than Ikea but harder than some others ive ive done in the past. Overall recommend for the price point.
